From the trunk of 2019
At the dawn of the apocalyptic era, when we were still unaware of the horrific plans awaiting mankind. I share some photos because in 2021 I should restart with this new blog.
They are loose, scattered photos, some even from the AMERICANA project. There is my street but also fragments of existence, classic cars, my landscape. Even if different in a certain way from what I do today, it is possible to see traces of what was to come. I'm also keeping this post as a reminder of a certain inner peace that has faded a bit since 2020, due to planetary monsters, gathered today in Davos.
Alex Coghe is an Italian editorial and documentary photographer based in Mexico City. His work explores contemporary life, culture, and human presence through documentary photography and portraiture. His images have appeared in international publications, reflecting an approach centered on authenticity, atmosphere, and visual storytelling. Alongside his photographic work, he also leads workshops and masterclasses focused on photographic narrative and observation.
