I Am Not at War with Anyone

Photography is a huge space for anyone

In the world of photography, diversity is not just a buzzword – it's the essence of creativity and innovation.

As an Italian photographer based in Mexico, I've embraced this diversity throughout my career, shaping a unique profile that encompasses various genres and styles. Today, I want to share with you my journey and clarify a few misconceptions.

First and foremost, my passion lies in street photography. Roaming the vibrant streets of Mexico City, Oaxaca or anywhere I find myself, I capture moments that reflect the raw essence of life. But this visual research doesn't stop there. I've delved into fashion street style, blending the artistry of fashion photography with the spontaneity of street photography. Through professional books for private clients and projects with brands, I've sought to showcase this fusion, celebrating the diversity of personal style and expression. I achieved to integrate my street photography approach also to erotic photos, especially with the editorial project MEXICANA.

However, my photographic endeavors extend beyond aesthetics. I am deeply committed to documentary photography, using my vision as a tool for social commentary and awareness. From documenting cultural traditions to shedding light on social issues, I believe in the power of photography to spark conversations and evoke change. It's not just about capturing images; it's about telling stories that resonate with people's hearts and minds.

Amidst my varied pursuits, there's a common thread – a dedication to building a positive community of photographers worldwide. Through workshops, mentorship programs, and online platforms, I strive to share my knowledge and expertise, empowering aspiring photographers to hone their craft and find their unique voice. In a world where competition can sometimes breed animosity, I firmly believe in collaboration over conflict, lifting each other up rather than tearing each other down.

So, let me make it clear: I am not at war with anyone. My journey in photography is a testament to the beauty of diversity, both in style and perspective. Whether you're a street photographer, a fashion enthusiast, or a documentary storyteller, there's room for all of us in this vast, ever-evolving art form. Let's celebrate our differences, learn from each other, and together, create something truly extraordinary.

Street Photography, in particular that kind of understanding and living photography can be a great opportunity to raise awareness about the world and the society. We can show the diversity, the contradditions and knowing better what is going on. That is why I insist so much about the need to document the human condition. Street Photography, approached in a certain way, stops to be a game and becomkes the best alternative to the mainstream media narrative. If we think that way we can understand the importance of our mission.

Join me in embracing diversity, not just in photography but in all aspects of life. Together, we can make a positive impact.
