Lagunilla: the Fashion district in Mexico City

A stone's throw from Tepito you will find the Lagunilla that counts with 3 markets: that of antiques, one of clothing and another of books. Where there is clothing there are also many street food places, even if I found them very expensive. What if I told you that Lagunilla looks a lot like the Fashion District in DTLA?

Lagunilla, 2022. Alex Coghe

As a street photographer I really enjoyed the place. In fact is a great place for street photos.

I never been until Sunday expressely to make photos and I made also a video that I am currently uploading on my YouTube channel. There is a photographer on instagram that I am following that is used to work there and I recommend her work. You can find as c____e

I will make soon a post dedicated to the experience there. In the past I was there to buy a leather jacket but this time it was more about passing a good day with my wife and, of course, to make photos.
