With Mexico City Street Photography on YouTube I am showing the process of a photographer
My work in downtown doesn't stop. I hope to share with you, through these photos, the process of a street photographer. We know: not all the images can't be keepers, especially with street photography, we are always on the verge of failure: this is just how street photography works. Thanks as always for watching this and please, support the channel by subscribing!
Being a photographer on YouTube can be risky. The dynamics of social media linked to videos impose regular content proposals and the risk of getting tired the audience, especially by showing so many photographs is real.
As I said, the process that leads to having really good photographs on the street is characterized by many shots, some not good, others definitely errors. Especially on the street this often happens. For everyone. No photographer is excluded, but most are unwilling to share these photos, presenting only a rigorous selection, the one that will always present only the best photographs.
As a blogger and photographer I'm not afraid to expose myself. I am quite confident of my work. As a street photographer I take my own risks. Sometimes, a few to tell the truth, that's fine with me, but most of the time not. The result of hours spent on the street is a series of photos that are some good, others OK, there are the mediocre ones and those that cannot even be called photos.
And it is with this awareness that I am proposing this series of videos on THE STREET PHOTOGRAPHY CHANNEL. I am sharing my everyday work as a street photographer in order to offer an idea of the workflow when a street photographer is out on the street with his camera. At the same time the videos are an opportunity to show you how is Mexico City and the feeling to be here.
Thanks to all the readers watching my videos.
