The Lightroom presets are a great way to speed up photo editing.
Through my experience as a documentary and street photographer I created these Lightroom presets for you. These are the ones I use mostly.
They don't make the photo overly retouched and keep in mind the aesthetics of film photography, from Ektachrome to Kodak TRI-X 400 and the lessons of my masters: Joel Meyerowitz, Stephen Shore, Joel Sternfeld, Luigi Ghirri, Garry Winogrand, Lee Friedlander.
The presets can be used directly for jpg files and they are particularly recommended for Fujifilm X series cameras. You can use them directly or modifying a little bit.
