About the portrait on the rooftop
Luna is one of my favorite models. And this is a story from our first photo shoot.
The session was for Mexicana, the publishing project that you can find on the magazines sector of the shop. Luna chose a friend's house as the location. The first part was in the rooftop of this old building, full of murals in a popular area.
I suffer from vertigo and had to make an effort with myself.
But I have to admit that the photos we took were the perfect opening of our first collaboration. Luna is a beautiful girl who is very sweet and everything was done in a relaxed atmosphere which greatly helped the success of the photo shoot. And Luna loves in particular this photograph. I love it too.
There is a lot of that urban culture that shows up a lot in my observation as a photographer. My approach as a portrait photographer takes a lot from my essence as a street photographer. Ontologically, my being a street photographer influences my observation even when engaged in posed portraits. And I think this shows in every shot. This is my strength and, perhaps, for some, also my limit.
Fashion met Erotica in that session, but street photography is constantly present.
