The Alex Street Photography Awards is intended to promote street photography through a competition far from the classic logic of photographic competitions, with only one judge putting his face and taking all responsibility} for his decision on the winners, based on his experience as editor, educator and especially as a street photographer with an experience of over 15 years.

We want to show the best of street photography worldwide through a special award with prizes.
Street Photographers from any part of the world may submit works that convey their talent and creativity through street photographs representing the best of their work.

1st place winner: Featured on a printed and electronic book with a percentage of profit on each copy sold
The 2nd and 3rd place winners will receive a 1 year COLLECTION to THE STREET PHOTOGRAPHER NOTEBOOK ebook edition

5 US$ gives you the opportunity to submit 5 photos and having more chance to win. Please note: 5 photos submissions will be accepted only for those paying the entry fee. Don’t send images before to pay the fee because the image will be rejected.
How do I enter?

5 photos submissions: Pay in this page your submission fee. You will receive confirmation of your submission and payment via email.

Is there a limit to how many images I can submit?
Yes! To submit 1 photo is FREE!!!
With your submission fee you can submit up to 5 photos, so I recommend you to choose only the best street photograph you realized. If you want to submit more to have more chance you have to pay again the fee: any payment gives you the opportunity to submit only 5 photos per entry fee.
When are submissions due?
Entry Deadline March, 30th 2025
When and how will you announce the winners?
We will notify you by email 1-2 weeks after the close of the contest.
Can I enter photographs regardless of when they were taken?
Yes, eligibility is not dependent upon having created the artwork during a specific time period.
Do I still own the rights to my images after I submit them to this contest?
Yes, you own all the rights to your images after you submit them to any contest on alexcoghe.com. We respect your rights as a photographer and artist, and we do not become the owner of your work when you submit an entry. We will not sell any entry to a third party. We will not claim any copyright or moral rights to your work submitted in the competition.
To the winners we will propose the publication on a monographic issue of THE STREET PHOTOGRAPHER NOTEBOOK magazine, under the terms that you can read by clicking here
Entry fees are non-refundable unless otherwise set forth in these Terms of Use.
To enter the Competition, you will be asked to provide certain registration details and information.
