I met an Italian artist in Mexico City
The week just ended was full of activities which included meetings with different people. Among these Sabrina, a multifaceted artist I have known for several years now.
In our meeting I discovered something I didn't know: she met me because a girl told her that I was doing a portrait and erotic photography project in Mexico. That project was Mexicana, started in 2014 (you can find many books in the magazines section of the shop) and Sabrina contacted me.
Sabrina then attended my Street Photography workshop in Milan in 2016 and we always kept in touch until last year I proposed to be published in a monographic issue of PORTRAIT MAGAZINE dedicated to her, available here:
I have known Sabrina's photography and art for a long time. Then we also met in Milan with the occasion of my workshop. Sabrina is a true artist, but without that claim to de ne herself as others do. Her photograph of her reflects her soul: she wonders and digs into herself in the awareness that photography can be an opportunity to experience a process of self-knowledge.
The work presented here is therefore an intimate journey made over the years.
I am truly honored to present a work that is done on itself and therefore presents a life and its emotions, evolutions probing the soul of a true artist.

Sabrina will stay a little bit more in Mexico and we hope to meet us again, maybe to make a project together. During our meeting in front of a coffee in Downtown,I asked her to take a picture of her:
