PLAZA PALESTINA: Stand with Palestine: Against Genocide and Oppression

In front of the Benito Juárez Hemicycle on Avenida Juárez now stands Plaza Palestina, a space to express solidarity with the Palestinian people.

To be clear I stand unequivocally with the people of Palestine, condemning in the strongest terms the massacre and oppression carried out by the Israeli state under Netanyahu’s leadership. There is no justification for the ongoing genocide, the destruction of lives and homes, and the systematic violence inflicted on Palestinians. I stand firmly against this injustice and oppression, demanding the world recognize and act against the crimes committed against the Palestinian people.

I AM NOT AFRAID TO TAKE A STAND. I STAND OPENLY WITH THE PALESTINIAN PEOPLE AND AGAINST THE NAZI-ZIONIST REGIME OF ISRAEL. I CONDEMN IN THE STRONGEST TERMS THE GENOCIDE, MASSACRES, AND SYSTEMATIC VIOLENCE COMMITTED AGAINST PALESTINE. SILENCE IS COMPLICITY, AND I WILL NOT BE SILENT.

The Palestinian people have endured decades of dispossession, occupation, and systematic violence. The current attacks are not isolated incidents: they are part of a long-standing pattern of oppression, enforced by a state apparatus that wields its military and political power without accountability. Families are bombed in their homes, children are killed in schools, and entire communities are displaced. This is not a conflict of equals; this is a clear case of domination, ethnic cleansing, and genocide.

Standing with Palestine is not a political opinion: it is a moral imperative. The world cannot remain silent while these crimes are committed. To stand with Israel as it perpetrates violence against an oppressed population is to condone the erasure of a people’s existence, culture, and rights. I stand with those resisting occupation, with those demanding justice, and with those whose voices are systematically silenced. Humanity must recognize the Palestinian struggle not as a distant issue, but as a fight for survival, dignity, and freedom.
