Street Outtakes from the last months
“I don't understand what street photography is. But I like what you do.” Efrem Raimondi to me in a chat.
The point is that sometimes I don't even know what I'm doing. But I do it. And that should have some relevance in photography. Because I believe that in photography an action, however unconscious and rooted in instinct, is a way to arrive at the photographs that represent us. And then we can understand, from this point of view, how certain shots are preparatory to the creative act. The stream of consciousness. And the jazz that I listen to. Nothing is marginal. We are what we live.
Efrem and his lessons. That is the important to me.
