Street Photography and represented life

Yesterday I was in downtown to make photos…

And while I was already returning I take this photo.

It is the representation of life that interests me as a photographer. It doesn’t matter if you consider it a street photo, a street portrait or…I don’t care. I am making my own thing.

My imperfect photo underlines what is my way of working and understanding photography. An essential condition for me is the story. But I don't mean that this is an absolute. Anything depends by your goal.

There is a street photographer happy to have followers on instagram and maybe for him it works to make wow effect photos. Another photographer it can the form the priority the form so the light conditions can be the theme of his photos, and maybe his goal can be receiving requests as a wedding photographer because he is a master to manage light.

The work that I do and I propose as a street photographer always relates to my documentary eye, to a truthful research of the photographed scene. To that reality that inspires me and that pushes me to want to share it with the world, both as a journalist and as a street photographer.
