The 10 alex street resolutions for 2024
Here I am, guys: day 1 of 2024 with my resolutions.
Of course it never depends just on us, but the intent is important and the direction of the events can be influenced by our will. These are my resolution for this year:
To be more political through my photography
Making sure that my photography is a means of positive diffusion of the community where I live
Take more street portraits, linking them to this desire to make my photography more political and social
Having two photographic souls and allow the two to be consistent with each other
Collaborating with other photographers
Making the part of the activity that concerns my expeditions even more continuous through unique experiences for the photographers who participate
Moving further away from the mainstream media and creating documentation that is increasingly free and distant from the dominant narrative, screwing the system
Further develop the YouTube channel and make it a truly paid business in order to offer a great service to the photography community and create a cultural room within the famous video platform
Entering the city even further, in functional terms for my activity as a photographer, creating projects that can help other photographers and create an alternative cultural space, far from the usual academic salons
Improve as a visual artist, including both photography and video, to allow my business to start entering a new level
Hoping that 2024 will be better than 2023, with the certainty that I achieved important results last year I believe this year will mark an important change for me and my family. My artistic activity will be a fundamental part of this life process.
