The 14 most inspiring Street Photography blogs in 2021
As a street photographer I am first of all a fan of the street photography community. With critical thinking as in everything, but always supporting those who strive to spread the culture of street photography and this cultural movement. My blog lost ranking because I had to start a new one after the malware attack but as you can see I am doing my best to recover lost positions by offering new content to my readers.
The choice of these 12 blogs was clearly influenced by their ability to be influential and inspirational to other photographers. Clearly I have left out a lot of bloggers focused on street photography. In 2021 I see the blogs included able to propose inspiring content for all of us, the street photographers. There are some fairly familiar names and also some pleasant news, and I also evaluated the level of text proposed, avoiding those clearly anchored to SEO strategies. Are you ready? Let’s go!
1.THE INSPIRED EYE
If you are looking for tips and inspiration this is the place for you. The work of Olivier Duong and Don Springer ensures texts that are never banal and based on real experience as street photographers.
2.RINZI RUIZ PHOTOGRAPHY
Rinzi is a friend making great art in Los Angeles. His blog reflects his Zen approach to life and photography.
3.STREET HUNTERS
Street Hunters is now a monster of contents where anyone can find inspiration for street photography.
4.STREET PHOTOGRAPHY MAGAZINE
Another organization blog rather than a single blogger where you will finde inspiring interviews and a lot of photos!
5.JEFF CHANE MOUYE
The contagious enthusiasm with which Jeff writes is the gasoline for a clearly inspirational blog.
6.B (BLAKE ANDREWS BLOG)
Probably one of the sharpest blogs around. Active for years, Blake's blog offers food for the mind of street photographers all over the world.
7.SEVERIN KOLLER
A blog set up as a personal diary is the Severin Koller proposal. The result is a space focused on photography that warms the heart and inspires the mind.
8. THE STREET PHOTOGRAPHY BLOG
Martin U Waltz proposes a thought provoking blog that I highly recommend.
9.BERLIN STREET PHOTOGRAPHY BLOG
The Oliver Krumes blog is an inspiring blog with tips and insights from our world of street photography.
10.LINDA WISDOM BLOG
Linda shares her news and we can appreciate her stunning street work on this blog.
11.TERESA PILCHER PHOTOGRAPHY
I discovered her blog only recently and even if it is not updated I assure you that it is worthwhile because Teresa's photography is anchored to gestures and expressions: the street as I like it!
12.LOS ANGELES STREET PHOTOGRAPHY
I still feel a connection from Los Angeles, even though it's been 10 years since I went to work there. Clearly this blog allows me to appreciate certain Californian visions.
13.ONCE MORE AROUND THE SUN
Hey, this is the blog of Joel Meyerowitz and despite is not anymore updated still deserves our attention.
14.LUKASZ PALKA
The crackling colors of this blog are the striking thing in the beginning. But then you will also notice the contents.
SOME NOTES
Sometimes even in this world there are rivalries. But I think we should think positively. We are all part of a community, of a cultural movement that has evolved over the years. There are differences between one photographer and another as it should be, but this should not antagonize us and we must all work together for street photography to grow.
I hope this post will be appreciated and that I was able to transmit some positive vibes.
