The best of 2021
It was not easy to make a selection of the best shots made this year. In fact it is never easy. I have taken a lot of photos this year, but the ones you see are somehow the most significant to me.
The satisfaction, this year, of having photographed with an old DSLR released 10 years ago. In having photographed more than many. And I've done better this year than previous years. I feel a creative fire that has grown considerably. I pushed my limits and explored new physical and intimate territories. My photography has benefited from this. I threw away the ballast to be able to fly higher. Freeing myself from the impositions dictated by others, leaving behind me an experience that had to end anyway. That if they hadn't finished it I would have finished it. I could make a choice. And what you see today is my new photography. My telling how and how much I want.
