Video: Charles H. Traub and his influence on Street Photography
The new episode of my series dedicated to the masters on my YouTube channel
I consider him one of the most underrated street photographers in the world.
In my opinion he has nothing has nothing to envy to Bruce Gilden for example, yet let's see how one is so well known and the other is not. I started to get familiar with Traub’s work through the project DOLCE VIA, documenting Italy in the 80s. I think is not easy for a stranger to capture the essence of Italy, or at least certain Italy, and Traub made it great.
