Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy
All photography experiences are private bookings. Once confirmed, the date is exclusively reserved for the client.
1. Payment
One-Day Photography Workshops
Full payment is required at the time of booking, either through PayPal or the website shop.
All payments are final and non-refundable. No cancellations or refund requests will be accepted.
Multi-Day Photography Trips & Expeditions
Clients may choose between:
Full Payment: 100% payment via PayPal or the website shop. All payments are final and non-refundable.
Bank Transfer: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the experience begins.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
All bookings are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Photography assignments and experiences require advance planning and the exclusive reservation of dates. As a professional photographer also working on editorial assignments, accepting a booking means turning down other professional opportunities.
For this reason, cancellations initiated by the client do not entitle them to a refund.
3. Photographer Cancellation
If I am unable to provide the confirmed service, the client will be offered either an alternative date or a full refund of all amounts paid.
4. Agreement
By completing a booking and submitting payment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to this Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
