Street Photography Tip 16

Look for humanity even where it is not.

I think Street Photography is great because prompts you to think in an alternative way. And this photographic way to see is certainly not about just photographing people. However, we are definitely bound to find human signs, otherwise it would be architecture, landscape, cars or objects in the street, but not street photography.

When I am on the street I like to photograph humans but sometimes I also find them in things like this pole. It becomes a representation of the human, as in the photo you see here, which becomes conceptual and surreal, a visual provocation that I managed to find on the street, that my eye prompted me to photograph, sensing its compositional and content potential.
