When it comes to Street Photography there are too many codes and rules that have become commonplace, to the point that many photographers, after reading them on many posts on the internet, repeat them, considering them acquired truths to be respected.

A few days ago on this blog I wrote that street photography is not a genre but rather it is the essence of an experience and a preference for what we do and who we are.

There is a photographer who shoots in an instant. From that instinctive recognition, from that solicitation that the speed of the action on the street sees the sign of what the metropolis is.

Those who have known me in recent years will be surprised by the photos featured in this book. But Ricoh - The Book will be appreciated by those in love with Japanese photography.

There is a secret that is not even a secret. Many people ask me how to get famous and respected in the international street photography community. And my answer is always the same.

I know how much photographers with Ricoh cameras love the Positive film simulation. OK…and those not working with a Ricoh GR camera? This is the reason why I decided to realize these presets. Now you color street photography will be more pushed!

Photography takes me to that dimension that is otherwise unattainable. Humans as a spirit presence. Through layers of different dimensions from mere existence. My street photography speaks to my deepest.

This is one of the questions I am more often asked. And it is also something that generates many visits on youtube and websites. I don’t want to go in depth with my technical choices because I just want to offer you a quick tour of my most minimalist way to go when it comes to street photography.
